3. Eligibility Conditions for Returns

4. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Receive a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA): We will review your request and, if eligible, provide you with an RMA number and return instructions within 2 business days. Do not return products without an RMA number, as they will not be accepted.
  3. Package the product securely: Pack the product in its original packaging, ensuring it is protected during transit. Include your order number and RMA number inside the package.
  4. Ship the product: Send the product to the return address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable shipping method. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect or our error.
  5. Retain your proof of postage: Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number until your refund has been processed.

5. Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged in transit, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 calendar days of receipt. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you, including return shipping costs.
